Signing Up
To sign up and create your account, navigate to https://convert.avatria.com/app/signup.
Username and Password
To reduce the number of passwords you need to remember, Convert requires a Google account to create a user profile and log in. If your organization already uses Gmail, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or another Google product, you can sign up using your existing account.
If you do not currently have a Google account, please see this How-To Guide for steps you can take to create a Google account with your existing business email address.
Guided Setup
Once you've logged in for the first time, you'll be prompted to follow a guided setup process that will help you set up some of the key components you'll need to use Convert. We strongly recommend following this process, but you will be able to skip several steps after you complete your profile and name your account.
Integrating a Data Source
After creating your account, the first step is to create a data integration. Data integrations seed Convert with the behavioral data from your analytics provider that is used to make recommendations.

Creating a Site
A site is intended to serve as the stand-in for your website (or websites), and is used to connect data integrations to rank models. Convert will create a set of reports for each site you create. If you have multiple domains, we recommend creating a unique site for each one.

Creating a Rank Model
Rank models are the machine learning-based algorithms that determine the optimal sort order for a set of products. After you've created a data integration and site, the next step is to create your first rank model. Convert offers a couple basic rank model templates you can use to easily create rank models for different goals.

Creating a Solution & Campaign
In order to deploy and use Convert's rank models, you need to create a solution and a campaign.
Solutions are a collection of Rank Models and other configurations that define how Convert's rankings will be implemented. Campaigns allow solutions to be published on a customer site.

Previewing Rankings
Once you've completed the above steps, we recommend previewing your rankings in the Relevance Rankings report. This will help you confirm that the above items are configured properly.

And with that, you're ready to get started. Before implementing Convert's rankings on your site, we recommend speaking to your onboarding specialist. They can you help you determine:
- Whether enough data is available to Convert to make quality recommendations right away.
- The best implementation approach for your site.
- Any steps required to run an A/B test of Convert's rankings.
