Once your free trial has expired, you will be unable to access your reports, and any integrations will become inactive until you activate a subscription.
Note: only users with Owner-level permissions can view or manage an account's subscription and billing.

Managing Your Subscription
Adding/Upgrading Your Subscription
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Click Update Subscription.
- Choose your plan.
- Add Payment Method details, and click Continue.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Subscribe.
Notes:
- If you're adding a new subscription, changes will take immediate effect, and your payment method will be charged at the time of subscription.
- If you're upgrading an active subscription, changes will take immediate effect, and your payment method will be charged at the time of the upgrade. This will allow you to benefit from unlocked features immediately.
- If you're downgrading an active subscription, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your decision by clicking Cancel Subscription.
Notes:
- After cancelling, you'll continue to have full access to your account and all functionality through the end of the billing cycle.
- At the end of your billing cycle, you may receive a final invoice for any incurred usage fees.
- If you have a custom plan, please contact your account representative for more information or to cancel.
Updating Your Payment Method
Once your subscription is active, Avatria Convert will automatically bill the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. If you'd like to change the payment method used for future charges, doing so is as simple as logging into the app.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter credit card information.
- Click Save.

- If your account is being invoiced outside the application, please contact your account representative to discuss payment options.
Managing Billing Contacts
By default, all account Members with Owner permissions will receive email notifications about new invoices. However, if you'd like to add a billing contact that doesn't have access to the application, you can add them by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
- In the Billing Contact section, enter a Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Click Save.

- If your account is being invoiced outside the application, please contact your account representative to discuss adding additional billing contacts to your account.
Viewing Your Payment History
For easy access to your records, Convert stores a history of all past invoices inside the application. To view or download past invoices, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Payment History page.
- Click Download on an invoice row to view a detailed PDF of all charges included in the invoice.
